We are now seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist and an enthusiastic Front of House team member to join our team— a pivotal role that combines patient care with exceptional empathy and communication skills to join our well-established team in Kawana Waters, Queensland. This casual (potentially full-time) role will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What you'll be doing

As a FOH team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey towards their pain-free smile. This is a role where your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will make a meaningful impact. You’ll also play a key role in fostering trust and ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and confident in their decisions. Job description

 Welcoming patients, answering phone enquires, managing patient bookings and scheduling appointments

 Implementing agreed internal marketing protocols

 Processing and managing patients' accounts.

 Use of dental software

 Preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment.

 Stock ordering and management.

 General Admin, including EFTPOS and HiCaps payment processing.

 Presentation of payment options using various payment plans.

 Occasional dental assisting would be of benefit.

 Daily, Weekly and Monthly admin tasks and as required.

What we're looking for

 Sales/Reception or customer-facing experience: Ideal candidates will have prior

experience in a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.

 Can-Do Attitude: If you don’t have dental experience, No Problem….. you just need

an infectious Can-Do attitude and we will provide you with training for the rest.

 Exceptional Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the

ability to explain complex treatments in a way that’s clear and relatable.

 Customer-Centric Approach: You are warm, empathetic, and focused on providing

an exceptional patient experience.

 Organizational Skills: You can manage appointments, follow-ups, serve patients at

FOH and carry out other tasks and plans with precision and efficiency.

 Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute

to the success of the clinic.

 Multitasker: This is a very dynamic and fast paced environment with multiple

priorities and directions to juggle and achieve desired outcomes.

 Resilient and Hunger for learning: You need to have the tenacity and hunger to

learn new skills and perform under tight timelines.
