THE ROLE
Reporting to the MD, the Commercial Property Manager oversees properties across Brisbane Northside and Moreton Bay Region. You will manage a diverse commercial properties, ensuring efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and value.

Responsibilities

• Manage varied commercial properties.
• Foster tenant relationships, handle renewals and expansions.
• Govern lease agreements and resolve issues.
• Support property maintenance with safety compliance.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Regular client updates and responsive communication.

Qualifications

• QLD Real Estate registration.
• 3+ years in commercial management.
• Proficiency in real estate trends, leases, and valuation.

• Initiative, leadership, and financial acumen.
