A great opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Manager looking to join a highly successful Tier 2 agency in the buzzing Melbourne CBD!

This role will oversee a portfolio of 170 tenancies comprising mostly of Northern Industrial. You will have full support of a shared assistant to help complete your daily on and off site duties, and full trust support.

A very generous base salary is on offer, plus commissions. The Sales and Leasing team handle new letting and sales however Property Managers can earn extra commision for new business generation. Car park/lap top/phone provided. Knowledge of GOAT software is advantageous, but not essential.
