We’re looking for a driven and passionate Facilities Manager to join our team.

As one of Brisbane’s top boutique commercial property agencies with over 35 years of experience including major developments, we have built a reputation for excellence in selling, managing, developing, and leasing commercial properties. Our Asset Management division has experienced exceptional growth over the past decade, providing a boutique service that surpasses our competitors. Our team of property managers, along with our successful sales and leasing experts, reflects our commitment to client satisfaction.

This position has exciting prospects for project management with our extended team of architects, town planners and engineers who collaborate with us on specialised projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing compliance and maintenance items, ensuring proactive use of the Property Management software by keeping all tasks up to date.

Responding to tenant maintenance requests via our Reporting app and coordinating trades, communicating to tenants within specific time frames.

Tendering for works in line with Form 6A stipulations.

Coordinating CAPEX projects and managing this process with external parties.

Coordinating tenant fitouts and integrated landlord works and tenants 'direct' tradespeople.

Ensuring all trades are registered on our systems and up to date including appropriate insurance.

Ensuring on-site Health and Safety permits are adhered to.

Ensure premium presentation of properties and address and manage tradespeople when required.

Organising regular meetings with fire contractors, cleaning supervisors (quarterly) and landscaping teams.

Grouping and tendering contracts across our portfolio.

About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have the ability to think on your feet and drive outcomes. With a proven track record in managing complex portfolios, you’re eager to make a significant impact in your next role.

Core Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of retail/commercial leases and OPEX/Recoverables.
• Trade background preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• A valid Certificate of Registration for the Real Estate Industry.
