An opportunity now exists to join the Stoke Adelaide family, with a Showroom Consultant role available within our Flinders Park store.

Key will be your ability to provide a positive instore experience through listening and understanding customer needs in order to provide a tailored solution that exceed customer expectations.

Key role responsibilities include:

Assisting trade and retail customers within the store showroom, providing product and design advice when required;

Estimating job requirements via plans submitted by customer;

Securing of stock for upcoming jobs;

Invoicing of customer upon completion of jobs;

Preparation and follow up of quotations;

Assisting with in-store displays and presentation;

Your skills and experience will ideally include:

A strong sales background gained in a consultative retail or trade environment;

Task orientated, with a commitment to ensuring tasks are completed from start to finish in a timely manner;

An eye for detail and accuracy;

Well organised and proven multi-tasker;

An interest in design and working with colours/finishings, enabling options to be presented to customers;

Proven problem solver, with a can-do attitude;

As the store is a 6 day business, some rostered weekend work is part of the role. Initial roster will be Tuesday to Saturday. We offer a very competitive salary with opportunities for progression.
