We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Moyle Bendale Timber Pty. Ltd' in Cheltenham, SA. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in supporting our sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive experience

Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records

Providing product information and recommendations to help customers find the right solutions

Liaising with the operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the timber or building materials industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Proficient in using sales and inventory management software

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
