We are looking for talented hands on Chef De Partie's to join The Marrickville Ritz kitchen team following an amazing renovation and upgrade to the Restaurant and Hotel. Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and is passionate about producing excellent food.

Role Accountabilities:

Support junior chefs and apprentices

Manage a section whilst on shift

Opening and closing procedures

Stock control & management as required

Compliance to Food Safety Standards

Preparing high quality food

Cleaning procedures and compliance

Food Safety compliance & standards

About You:

Have experience working in a similar style venue

Be trade qualified

Have excellent communication skills

Be a team player

Be committed to producing an excellent product for our customers

Have a passion for food and innovation

Have a desire to progress and grow within your trade
