About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Officer to join a NSW Government Agency in a Call Centre environment. This role offers a chance to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, providing assistance via phone, email, and online platforms.
The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster (7am - 7pm), Monday to Friday, with shifts changing every 4 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve enquiries professionally
• Assist customers with road licensing and identification services
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide accurate information
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards

About You:

• Typing and navigating with a mouse and monitor
• Strong email etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Ability to learn new systems quickly

• 2-3 years of customer service experience (customer service, reception or retail)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous government experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, including:
