This role is all about maintaining the presentation and functionality of a high-end residential / short-term letting building on the stunning Gold Coast beachfront. You’ll be the go-to onsite expert, supported by head office — so you can focus on keeping this landmark development running like clockwork.

Your Role Includes:

• Daily oversight of building presentation and operations
• Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and building services
• Reporting and liaising with internal stakeholders and residents
• Managing building issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Assisting teammates and contributing to a positive team culture

We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a sharp eye for detail and pride in presentation
• A proactive, hands-on attitude — no task is too big or small
• A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
• Experience in building management, facilities, or a similar field is highly regarded. Property Managers considered
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is ideal but not essential
