The Role:
Reporting to a fantastic Team Leader, this is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. With a locally based portfolio and plenty of support and structure, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Oversee an immaculately maintained portfolio of 110 properties
• Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting ingoings, outgoings routine inspections
• Managing Maintenance & Repairs

The Candidate:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
