ABOUT THE COMPANY

My client is a reputable builder delivering a blend of fit out, refurbishment, and ground-up commercial projects across NSW. With a proven track record in sectors such as health, education, retail, and commercial, they’ve carved out a name for getting things done without cutting corners. As they expand their footprint and take on a healthy project pipeline, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager who can confidently drive delivery across a variety of build types.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You’ll be the leader responsible for managing the full spectrum of site operations, from site establishment through to handover. Projects will range from detailed fit outs to base build constructions, typically valued between $5M and $15M. You’ll work closely with a strong PM and CA team, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing site safety, managing program delivery, and ensuring the finished product meets expectations on quality and timeline.

DUTIES

• Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and program tracking
• Maintain high safety standards and WHS compliance
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and workforce planning
• Conduct quality inspections and uphold build standards
• Work closely with project team to hit delivery milestones

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience delivering both commercial fit out and new build projects
• Trade background highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of construction programs, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
• Ability to problem-solve and make confident decisions under pressure
