Join the team at YOUR FLOORS WA as a Carpet and Hard flooring specialist. This full-time role is based in our Malaga, WA 6090 showroom but mainly out on the road and in house, where you will be responsible for Quoting and scheduling and overseeing jobs within the construction industry. As well as providing exceptional customer service to our current client base. You will play a key part in the company's success and growth.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences based on insurance claims

Working to KPI's

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our carpet and hard flooring products

Providing expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed decisions

Preparing detailed quotes and proposals for our building companies

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Continuously enhancing your product knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends

What we're looking for

Proven scheduling experience, in the flooring or home improvement industry

Somone who has strong time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients

Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical details in a clear and engaging way

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure

A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
