Our client is a successful boutique Residential Builder delivering high quality builds across single and double-storey builds. This national builder has a strong presence in Perth producing high quality builds utilising a range of construction methodologies. With a highly experienced management team, they continue to exceed clients expectations by offering the highest quality builds.

We are seeking a Scheduler with at least 2-3 years of experience to join this close-knit teamwork across a range of builds and construction methods.

You will:

• Request quotes from suppliers.
• Following up on quotes pending and filing once received.
• Data entry into the scheduling system.
• Raising, updating, and sending out purchase orders.
• Measuring quantities from plans.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail skills within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Hold a Diploma of Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in scheduling within the residential construction market. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your construction knowledge working across a versatile range of products. This is a stable role with the view that over time there will be progression on offer.
