Part Time – Opportunity for Full Time
FSR Group Services is a proud, family-owned South Australian security company based in Mawson Lakes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our Director and management team with a variety of operational, administrative, and coordination duties.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident working independently, and has the initiative to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively. You’ll be supporting managers by completing delegated tasks, assisting with scheduling and rostering, and regularly communicating with clients and staff. You will also assist by managing incoming calls, which may be delegated to you by the Director and other members of the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director and Management team across daily operations
Manage meeting schedules and coordinate internal communications
Handle data entry, billing, invoicing, and basic reconciliations using Xero
Respond to inbound client calls and emails, confirm bookings, and manage calendars
Handle incoming calls and phone traffic on behalf of management when delegated
Learn to manage incoming call flow and dispatch jobs to field personnel
Support last-minute rostering and shift allocations when required
Assist with general office duties including documentation, reporting, and communication
About You
Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently and follow procedures without constant supervision
Confident communicator with a customer-first attitude
Tech-savvy and eager to learn systems and tools used in scheduling and dispatching
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys being the go-to person for the team
Essential Requirements
Familiarity with Xero and invoicing processes
Experience in general administration or office support roles
Full availability across varying shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm
Weekend availability preferred (not regularly required)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
