Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager for our Mackay, QLD location. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of traffic management services. As the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing field staff, coordinating with clients, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency improvements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments to enhance service delivery and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage field staff to ensure efficient and safe service delivery
• Work closely with clients to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support high-quality service delivery and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in traffic management or a related field
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with clients
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards
• Proficient in using technology tools to enhance operational efficiency
