As the ICT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery, support, and management of a contemporary virtual healthcare delivery platform. This ICT platform plays an important role in the HCC provision of virtual healthcare services to Queenslanders. You will work closely with clinical, technical and vendor teams to ensure that the platform is designed, implemented, and managed in a way that meets business requirements and underpins high-quality service provision. The position is part of the Planning and Performance team and reports to the Director of Planning and Performance, leading a team of up to four direct reports.

What you'll do

  • Ensure that the service delivery meets or exceeds the agreed-upon service levels, including appropriate management of incidents, problems, and changes, and ensuring that ICT services are delivered in a consistent, reliable, and efficient manner.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and identify areas of improvement to enhance the overall service delivery experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that service delivery processes are streamlined and optimised for efficiency.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of technical architectures, ensuring technologies and solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • 5 years of experience in ICT service delivery management (managing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions) in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
