Due to continued, sustained, growth we are now looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join our growing team in Sydney to assist with the growth and development of our company.

Our Sydney office supports clients across Aged and NDIS from Sydney CDB and surrounding Eastern Suburbs. Our mission at Home Care Assistance is to change the way the world ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home.

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Client Engagement Manager to join our Sydney team. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving the outreach of our company, while also being responsible for the engagement with the community. This position would require the candidate to build relationships with key stakeholders through effective communications strategies to grow Home Care Assistance in the territories it operates within.

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective clients and discuss home care options and Home Care Assistance's services.

Onboard new clients and work with operations team to ensure success.

Build referral relationships with organisations such as hospitals, GPs, Pharmacies.

Work with other departments internally to ensure sufficient resources are available for client pipeline.

Work with Marketing Manager to give feedback that enhances media campaigns.

Work with General Manager to advance continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary degree or relevant qualification related to Aged Care

Aged Care Industry experience is required.

Customer Service experience is required
