Client Engagement Manager

About the role:

This position will play an integral role in representing Exclusive Escapes to potential customers and new clients. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be the face of our business through engaging directly with potential and existing clients, ensuring our internal processes are consistently reviewed to deliver the best outcomes to all parties, and using your creative flare to support marketing through industry knowledge and research.

Play a leading role in brand development and own our marketing presence

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our portfolio.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate properties into our systems and distribution channels.

Monitor and respond to guest reviews across various platforms, reflecting our company's standards and values.

Communicate constructive feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Assist the guest resolution team in identifying and implementing effective solutions to any concerns or issues.

Develop and oversee pricing strategies for new properties, utilizing smart pricing techniques to maximize revenue.

Work with marketing professionals to create, edit and approve advertising assets.

Step in as the second-in-charge when needed, supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
