What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative and business support across multiple teams
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting, and document management
  • Handling general correspondence, customer inquiries, and internal communications
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience in administration or business support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with TechOne, SAP, Civica or Infor Pathway is a bonus!
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a willingness to help where needed
  • A genuine passion for working in public service and making a positive impact

What you'll need:

  • A valid Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
