About the Role
Are you experienced in developing practical solutions aligned with business needs and managing complex risks? Do you have a hands-on approach to coaching others through interpersonal challenges and conflict? If so, this could be your ideal next career move. Bring your expertise in interpersonal resolution, risk management, and people support to a dynamic new role.
CFA is currently recruiting for two Resolution Support Partner (RSP) roles — a unique opportunity to join our People Experience team and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and internal specialists to address complex, people-related matters, encouraging early intervention and effective resolution. You'll assess complaints, provide preliminary views, and manage fair investigations, this can include conducting investigations, obtaining witness statements and collating evidence, as well as Case Managing matters. You'll also support local resolution efforts through coaching, issue exploration, and facilitation of agreed outcomes.
With a strong focus on governance, the RSP role ensures compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and supports the promotion of CFA's behavioural standards. As a trusted partner, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, assist in delivering key programs, and contribute to the development of tailored People Plans that foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. As a trusted partner, you'll provide tailored, bespoke, nuanced advice and recommendations in respect of issues and matters of the most appropriate resolution method.
About You
The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in HR, IR/ER or related, with experience in HR, public service, or complex service environments. Strong skills in internal consulting, resolution support, and stakeholder management are essential.
You will bring exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels. A commitment to delivering outstanding people experiences, especially in supporting employees and volunteers is vital, underpinned by a strong service mindset.
We're seeking a collaborative, outcomes-driven professional with a passion for conflict resolution, workplace well-being, and fair complaint handling.
