- Remuneration: $109,157 to $118,193 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $92,239 to $99,875 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join Wellbeing Strategy, People Services, Administrative Division.
The Executive Assistant provides high level secretarial and executive assistant support to the Vice-President People and Chief People Officer. The principal duties of this position include preparing, revising and completing correspondence and communications in support of the People Services Portfolio. In addition, the position monitors and amends daily schedules, travel arrangements, and other general office management duties.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to a degree with subsequent relevant experience in an executive support role.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including the ability to effectively work with the Microsoft suite of products as well as corporate systems and other information sources to extract and interpret data.
- Proven ability to manage time and high- volume tasks efficiently, as well as respond positively to unexpected challenges at short notice.
- Demonstrated written communication skills that will enable the appointee to accurately and professionally prepare a wide range of correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to work productively with colleagues and consult and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds in a professional manner.
- Ability to handle and monitor sensitive information within a confidential environment.
