FusionRed, a leading Australian Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Western Sydney, is looking for a proactive and organised Client Success Associate (CSA) to join our growing team!

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to coordinate sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvements across our sales and client success operations. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — quoting, proposals, procurement, and CRM management.

Maintain strong and consistent client relationships through regular check-ins and client success initiatives.

Support account management activities such as technology reviews, renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports and insights on client engagement, sales pipeline, and account health.

Document and improve sales and client success processes to enable scalable growth.

Liaise with marketing, finance, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless client delivery.

Contribute to leadership discussions around future team expansion and process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years' experience in a sales coordination, client success, or account management role (MSP or IT sector preferred).

Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset — you take ownership and drive outcomes without needing constant supervision.

Excellent communication skills — you know how to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams.

CRM and Microsoft 365 experience (ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar PSA tools highly regarded).

A passion for client service, continuous improvement, and working in a dynamic environment.
