They are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to lead the launch of their new store in Port Augusta. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow the brand locally, develop a high-performing team, and make a tangible impact on the business from the ground up.

As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, upholding a values-based culture, and fostering an environment of accountability, leadership, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service: Deliver tailored solutions and premium service with a country-style approach.

Product Installation: Conduct basic accessory installations to enhance the customer experience.

Business Development: Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude by building strong local B2B relationships and engaging in hands-on local marketing.

Financial Management: Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processes to support business operations.

Store & Warehouse Operations: Oversee the efficient functioning of both the store and warehouse to meet operational goals.

Workplace Health & Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with WHS standards.

About You:

Hold a current driver’s licence

Possess or be willing to obtain a forklift licence (highly regarded)

Previous automotive knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential

Must be an Australian resident

Available to work Saturdays
