As they open their very first location in the city, they’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to join their team. The Store Manager role is pivotal to the company’s success. You’ll be the face of the brand in Sydney, leading a passionate team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. About the Role
As the Store Manager in Sydney, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of this exciting brand’s first location in the city. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and create memorable experiences for customers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be balancing leadership with operational responsibilities.

You’ll work approximately 35 hours per week, plus an additional 3 hours for administrative tasks. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, helping to set the tone for future expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and create lasting customer impressions.
• Be actively involved in store operations, from customer interaction to overseeing daily tasks.
• Balance hands-on work with managerial duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of passionate employees.
• Oversee store operations, including rostering, stock control, and financial management.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive performance.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
• A proactive, motivated approach with a “can-do” attitude.
