Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Package + Incentives

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Store Manager, with a can-do attitude to join our team and take the lead in overseeing all aspects of this KFC Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of this fast-paced environment, including building & guiding a diverse team, and ensuring every customer enjoys the highest quality service and food. You'll also play a vital role in executing strategies that support the growth of the business, strong profitability, and our commitment to excellence, and upholding of KFC’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a large team of managers and restaurant staff, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating employees to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, whilst working cohesively together in a team environment.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through channelling excellent service and delivering on the highest product quality, reviewing and actioning of customer feedback and providing resolution of customer complaints.
Management of restaurant operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory control, product mix, managing stock levels, and ensuring that administrative records are maintained in compliance with KFC’s standards and procedures.
Execution and Control of costs through management of budgets to meet profitability targets and KPI's. Analysing financial performance and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement.
Drive sales by implementing local marketing initiatives, promoting and advertising specials and promotions, upselling products and utilising our online systems and dashboards to understand Sales and financial figures and reporting.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance of occupational health and safety regulations, whilst ensuring that all company policies and legal requirements are met by the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Retail Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced food service environment.
Diploma of Business, Hospitality Management or similar is preferred.
Versatile and adaptable to various work systems and applications
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (excel, PowerPoint, word & outlook)
Strong leadership, team building and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and financial reports.
A passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays & Public Holidays as needed.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
