The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of site activity. You’ll work alongside a dedicated Project Manager and be entrusted to drive outcomes across build quality, safety, and program.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day construction activities and site logistics
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet targets
• Enforcing compliance with WHS legislation and site safety plans
• Overseeing material deliveries, plant, and equipment use
• Monitoring construction progress and resolving site issues promptly
• Liaising with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders

You’ll be supported by a team that values open communication and structured collaboration, ensuring smooth delivery across each stage.
