Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of on-site trades, suppliers, and deliveries, including managing schedules in project management software.
• Enforce compliance with work health and safety regulations and standards.
• Inspect work and materials to ensure they adhere to specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in monthly construction meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Keep good records of work-in-progress and completed jobs for invoicing purposes

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Driven to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven computer literacy, including proficiency with tablets and smartphones.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
• 2 years experience in light gauge steel frame construction.
