Stannard Family Homes is expanding! We are thrilled to announce our brand-new office opening in Mannum, and we're seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Site Supervisor to lead projects throughout the MurrayLand region.

About the Role:

As our Riverland Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating trades, ensuring quality control, and managing schedules. Working out of our new Mannum office, this role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and team members to streamline site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and address any issues or delays.
• Maintain detailed site records and reports.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential building processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Current driver's license and construction white card.
