Aaron's Outdoor is a growing company that operates across Australia delivering high quality Playscapes within Childcare Centres. Due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced and skilled landscaper to lead our team and supervise projects from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience as a landscaper and proven track record of leading teams of up to 8 staff. Please note, there may be times when you are required to travel for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:

Leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget

Plan, schedule and oversee daily on site operations.

Leading by example assisting the team to execute works helping hands on.

Strict adherence to OHS policies and procedures.

Maintain records, track daily progress and report to managemen.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven ability to lead a team and supervise projects independently.

Minimum 3 years of experience Landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Commercial Experience Highly Regarded.

Relevant Qualifications (Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar) highly regarded.

Strong knowledge of Hardscaping, Surfacing, Irrigation and Carpentry experience looked upon favourably. Multi trade capabilities with or without certificates highly regarded.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and relevant construction drawings.

Current Working with Children, White Card and relevant tickets.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

About the Role:

Working hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday with possible weekend and interstate works.

Immediate Start available for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
