We are a medium size residential home builder in Brisbane.

We are seeking an experienced Inner North Brisbane Site Supervisor to join our construction team.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Supervise approx. 10 to 15 Residential Home Builds in the Inner North Brisbane area.
Managing, Liaising and maintaining a good working relationship with trades and suppliers.
Ensuring homes are built within required contract times, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
Ensuring schedules of builds are consistently maintained & trades/suppliers are consistently updated.
Ensuring Onsite Companion is updated regularly.
Maintaining clean and tidy job sites that adhere to all WH&S obligations.
Be willing to be hands on where required to maintain your construction site.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has:

Minimum 5 years' experience managing new residential house builds.
Lives around the Inner North Brisbane area.
Experience in custom house designs.
Experience with Onsite Companion.
Strong organisational and independent time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
QBCC Site Supervisor License or Builders License.
A thorough understanding of Australian building codes, regulations and WH&S requirements.
Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card (mandatory).
Hold a valid driver's license (mandatory).
