BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS | WORKING UNDER A DIRECTOR | ONGOING TRAINING PROVIDED | PATHWAY INTO SALES AGENT

An exciting opportunity to support a top-performing Director writing over at a state-of-the-art office in Melbourne’s inner-northern suburbs. This role includes managing open homes, buyer engagement, database management, and assisting with daily operations. THE PAY:

60k PACKAGE + COMISSIONS
On target earnings are expected to exceed $95,000 +
(negotiable based on experience)

HOURS/DAYS:

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturdays required to attend open Homes and Auctions
Reasonable work outside of standard hours is expected in order to fulfil duties.

THE ROLE:

• Selling Houses!
• Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
• Prospecting (letterbox drops, database calls)
• Vendor reports
• Communicating and providing instructions to VA’s, reception and customer care team
• Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
• Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
• Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
• Buyer management
• All open for inspections & private viewings
• Organising photographer appointments/schedule
• Attending all office and corporate training events
• Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement
• Attend property photoshoots
• Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
• Attend all required Property Auctions
• Handle diverted phone if necessary

THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE:

• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality!
• A professional demeanor, which can liaise with a range of clientele
• Immaculate personal presentation
• The ambition to learn and grow
• An agents representative certificate or LEA
• A valid drivers licence & own vehicle
• A minimum of 6 months within the Real Estate industry.
