As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our high-achieving agents, assisting with daily operations, client interactions, and property transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist agents in all aspects of the property selling process.
• Coordinate appointments, open houses, and viewings.
• Manage communication with clients, including follow-ups and updates.
• Prepare and manage real estate documents and listings.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
