Infrastructure Victoria is an independent authority that provides expert advice, conducts research, and guides decisions about Victoria's infrastructure needs and priorities.

We are looking for policy advisers to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary team. In this role you will provide strategic advice and analysis on infrastructure issues, develop research methods and policy approaches, and prepare reports, briefs, and other documents on complex infrastructure topics. You will use plain language to make information accessible for non-experts. You will communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders, and support complex team projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in policy analysis and development, using evidence, data, and stakeholder input. You should be able to think critically, apply basic data analysis, and adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent writing skills, using clear and simple language. A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
