We are looking to fill the following positions of Restaurant Manager, 2 x Cooks, 1 x Apprentice Chef, 2 x Bar & Gaming & 1 x House Keeping.

What you will need to be successful in any of the above positions-

Along with creating a personable & memorable experience, you will have a neat & professional manner ensuring that high presentation standards are experienced every time by our clients & guests.

Have a solid understanding of hospitality procedures & best practices.

Proven experience & qualifications in the area you are applying for.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills along with the desire to assist & participate in social media & in house promotions.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of computer systems, pos, eftpos & stock control in your area.

Implement strategies to drive revenue, up sell & services for our clients & guests.

Overall, be able to demonstrate a high level of responsibility, meet & exceed KPI’s related to your area.

Demonstrate the ability to work alone or with a team, along with the ability to identify needs within all areas of the business & problem solve with other team members.
