What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations with efficiency and professionalism

Lead and support a small, dedicated kitchen team

Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships

Develop seasonal menus and weekly specials

Handle food costing and ensure margins are maintained

Help cultivate a healthy and positive team culture

About You:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role
