Oat House in Oatley is seeking an experienced and passionate head chef to join our team. We will be focusing to be cafe/restaurant, bar and event space.

What we are looking for:

• Highly skilled head chef with knowledge in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine

• 2-3 years experience minimum in a head chef position

• Current or quite recent existing head chef looking for a change

• Creative, passionate, driven and reliable.

• Be hands on, leads by example, and believes this is essential to fostering respect.

• Work well with Aus/Med/ European/ Seafood/
