Community Scheduler (Part-Time – Balcatta, WA)

We are a small, locally run home care organisation, providing support to older adults living in their homes.

We're currently seeking a skilled and organised Scheduler to join our team in Balcatta, WA on a part-time basis (job share, Monday to Wednesday). In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our valued clients and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Liaising with clients and support workers to create and maintain efficient, person-centred schedules

Assigning support workers and adjusting rosters as client needs change

Communicating clearly with care managers, clients, and the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery

Using scheduling software to manage shifts and optimise daily and long-term scheduling plans

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally in aged care or disability support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and time management skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment

Confidence using scheduling software and tech tools

A team-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
