We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a strong team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. This role offers a unique blend of sales and marketing responsibilities, providing a platform to utilize your diverse skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our clientele.
• Drive impactful social media engagement and content creation across all platforms.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, including competitor intel and lead generation through platforms like BCI.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems (including Business Central) to enhance sales processes.
• Generate insightful sales reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and analyze KPIs.
• Contribute to tender submissions and pricing of leads.
• Develop and execute email marketing and CRM campaigns.
• Identify and implement marketing automation technologies to maximize efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (3-5 years).
• Experience in the waste industry or heavy industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BCI and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for achieving results.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
