At Advantage Agency, no two days are the same.

You’ll work on a range of clients and internal projects – supporting marketing strategy, managing creative production, coordinating campaigns, writing content, and making sure things stay on track and on time.

We’re after someone organised, creative, and confident – someone who loves the mix of left-brain/right-brain thinking that agency life offers.

If you’ve got a few years under your belt in marketing, know your way around tools like ClickUp, Canva, or WordPress (or similar), and want to step up in a supportive team with big energy – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Keep our marketing machine running smoothly across multiple clients and campaigns
• Coordinate projects, content, and creative briefs
• Write and edit marketing copy (email, web, social, etc.)
• Work across tools like Canva, Figma, WordPress, Shopify, and ClickUp
• Coordinate with our development team for website support tasks
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams
• Stay hands-on and ready to learn
• Become efficient in the use of AI tools
