ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time, experienced Rosterer/Scheduler to join our rock-star Rostering team:
As our Rostering Coordinator, you will love the challenge of matching the perfect Angel with their perfect person needing in-home care. You will enjoy the ownership you have of your Brisbane Northside rosters, and take pride in having your rosters out weeks in advance. You will also:
Use our digital rostering system to prepare and manage your clients' rosters
Attend fortnightly rostering meetings
Ensure all data is entered accurately and in line with the industry award requirements
Love getting to know your clients and your Angels via phone and email communication; supporting them whenever needed
Love to problem solve and trouble shoot
Continually communicate and work with your colleagues to provide the 5-star customer service we are known for!
This is a 5 day a week, Monday-Friday full-time office-based position, with an expectation of managing the company mobile phone, outside of hours on a rotating roster with 5 others on the roster with you.
THE BENEFITS
We will give you full support and a thorough induction
We also have a professional development support scheme where we fund additional training
City location with easy access to transport options including bus, ferry and train
Friendly working environment, with great amenities
ABOUT YOU
You are experienced in rostering/scheduling across a large geographical area, and ideally have worked in the aged care in-home industry. You love a challenge, and manage your daily priorities well. You also have:
Well-developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills; in particular an empathetic approach to manage the sensitivities of older person and Angel issues
The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Highly tuned decision making and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills - experience in Visualcare (similar to Alayacare) ideal, however not essential
If you think you have what it takes to join our family, please send your resume along with a cover letter outlining what makes you our next Rostering Superstar!
