What you'll do:

Ensure clear communication to meet client needs.

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure effective roster management.

Being able to communicate developing needs in workforce and potential challenges as they arise to support aligned recruitment activities.

Ability to work across conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency.

Understand compliance and legislation requirements.

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you'll be able to meet changing needs and demands in a fast-paced environment. You'll understand the importance of matching clients’ needs with support workers skills and abilities, coupled with being able to quickly make well-executed changes to rosters when required. Your previous experience in managing rosters is essential to this role.
