We are looking for an enthusiastic Rostering Coordinator to manage a high-performance team in the daily scheduling of support workers, ensuring seamless delivery of client services that align with care plans. What Makes this Role Unique:
As a Rostering Coordinator (Scheduler), you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring that our Support Workers are exactly where they need to be delivering exceptional care. This role goes beyond simply scheduling; you’ll be responsible for designing care pathways by aligning services with client budgets and goals, ensuring both staff and clients are well-supported for success.
You’ll collaborate closely with our team, using the latest tech and software to optimize efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. With proficiency in scheduling systems like Shiftcare and CRMs like Zendesk, you’ll make sure every client receives the right support at the right time from the right team member.
Location: Blacktown
Shift: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Your Responsibilities:
Design and optimize care schedules: Create, update and manage rosters for Support Workers across Western Sydney
Client-first approach: Work with clients to understand their needs and forecast services based on their NDIS plans and budgets
Onboard and empower: Assist new clients and Support Workers in the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
Real-time problem solving: Address any rostering or operational challenges with creative solutions, ensuring fairness and balance across shifts
What You Bring:
2+ years of rostering experience in the healthcare or NDIS sectors
A client-focused mindset with experience in forecasting service to align with client budgets
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel) with fast typing skills and experience with ShiftCare, Connect Team, Zendesk and Zoho or similar software
Strong attention to detail, data entry expertise, and an ability to juggle multiple deadlines
A great communicator with a talent for resolving conflicts and aligning staff availability with client needs
NDIS knowledge and experience is essential
