With depots across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba, we specialise in heavy towing and recovery services.

The opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Transport Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full time, permanent position. Working a 10 day fortnight in the Barnes Auto Co office in Coopers Plains. Some weekend work will be required

Core duties

Providing a high level of customer service when answering customer calls and service queries;

Upholding high attention to detail when entering jobs in the system to ensure smooth operations; and

Dispatching trucks using judgement for job allocation.

Requirements

Strong team based attitude;

Strong customer service;

Sound computer skills; and

Reliable internet connection at home

Knowledge of heavy vehicles and experience in transport, towing or logistics an advantage;
