You’ll be joining a well-established, growing commercial builder with a leadership team that values your expertise and input. There’s no micromanagement, just solid systems, well-executed projects, and genuine support from directors who understand construction inside out.​

This role has been created due to the business's expansion over the last year, with the industrial sector growing significantly. Now, there is space for someone of your experience to join the team and support the Director so they can free themselves up to focus on the next stage of the business, knowing the day-to-day is in safe hands.

You’ll take charge of key builds across industrial, and commercial projects with responsibility for team performance, construction programming, and on-site outcomes. You’ll mentor Site and Project Managers, and Contract Administrators. Drive quality across all sites and ensure timelines and budgets are on track. You’ll also play a key role in client relationships, business planning, and strategic project delivery.​

Like any company worth its salt, it is going to great lengths to modernise its culture and look after its employees. It has recently implemented a third-party HR department, a rewards scheme for employees who excel, and individual and project team reviews to ensure everyone is heard and developing.

You need extensive experience in senior roles such as Senior PM or Construction Manager, delivering projects across multiple sectors at different stages in your career. Your communication skills will be just as important as your technical background, as you’ll be working with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across all levels.​
