About the role

Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking an Experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of new Mazda vehicles in the Mawson Lakes area.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Mazda vehicle to suit their requirements
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Mazda models
• Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
• Maintaining detailed customer records and following up on sales leads
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Providing exceptional after-sales customer service and support

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a successful New Car Sales Consultant, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• A passion for the Mazda brand and a deep understanding of Mazda's product range
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to undertake test drives with customers
