About the role

As a Host Manager Assistant at Inndeavor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our short-term rental properties in the heart of Sydney, NSW 2000. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of property management and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Host Manager in the day-to-day coordination and execution of guest check-ins and check-outs
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our rental properties
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinating with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained
• Monitoring property availability and updating online listings as needed
• Providing administrative support, such as managing guest records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role, preferably in the short-term rental industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in person and over the phone
• Familiarity with property management software and online booking platforms
• A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Flexible working hours, as this role may involve evening and weekend work to accommodate guest needs
