TMRW Events is on the hunt for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager – Events & Touring to join our creative team. Based in the heart of Darlinghurst, Sydney, this role offers a rare opportunity to drive the marketing strategy behind huge tours, club nights, and festivals - featuring world-renowned brands like Ministry of Sound, Hot Dub Time Machine, and Fisher.

The Perks
Competitive salary: $100,000–$110,000 + super
Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Events, you’ll take the reins on the marketing of domestic and international tours, festivals, and large-scale events - from strategy to execution. You'll be supported by a Marketing Coordinator and work closely with event managers, creatives, agencies, and PR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of strategic, data-driven marketing and PR campaigns
Plan and execute all pre/on-sale activity for events and tours
Manage marketing budgets and reporting across multiple brands and events
Oversee marketing execution across digital, social, CRM, PR, and content
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (ticketing, PR, digital agencies)
Lead campaign meetings and ensure proactive delivery of marketing activity
Monitor performance and optimise campaigns using real-time insights and analytics
Drive branding and in-venue experience strategies
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ marketing experience, preferably in music, entertainment, or events
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix - social, digital, PR, CRM, and creative
Proven track record in end-to-end campaign delivery and budget management
High-level digital skills: Meta, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing
Experience managing contractors (designers, videographers, PR agencies)
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
