Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing & Event Manager to manage company marketing event and direction such as community events, industry exhibitions, private and public seminars, and sales engagement events. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and event management experience to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.

In addition to event planning, this position will oversee and work closely with the marketing team, guiding them and providing professional advice to team member to ensure high-quality marketing materials and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic event marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee community events, industry exhibitions, private/public seminars, and sales engagement events.

Oversee and collaborate with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with event goals and brand strategy.

Provide professional guidance and feedback to designers and copywriters to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry professionals.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and event communications.

Analyze event success metrics and optimize future event strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

Passion for marketing and event management with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

Knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and audience engagement strategies.

Experience in the financial or brokerage industry is a plus.
