About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Administration Officer to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll handle general enquiries and work closely with various departments in a diverse and engaging role. This is a great opportunity for someone who values a supportive work environment and is eager to be part of a respected company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage property-related enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaise with agents, franchisees, and internal staff regarding property issues
  • Assist with minor complaint resolution, including organizing inspections and coordinating resolutions
  • Draft and send emails relating to service changes, time increases, and resignations
  • Schedule holiday relief for franchisees and field staff
  • Prepare and manage monthly staff rosters
  • Enter monthly add-ons for Franchisees
  • Process new and lost properties
  • Manage property amendments (e.g., bins, duties, monthly charges)
  • Coordinate property swaps and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date property files

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Confident, capable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
