The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual that is interested in building a career.

Blade Pile is an innovative organisation that manufacturers, contracts and installs steel screw pile foundations for the residential and commercial construction industries.

In this role, you will be actively involved in the operations of our Victoria division and working in the following areas:

Schedule product installations with customers and install teams

Monitor stock levels in warehouse to ensure timelines are met for each project

Answer office phone and work mobile, make calls and respond to emails

Assist sales team members with organising project timelines

General administration tasks for VIC division (Preparing forms, data entry, office administration)

Role Requirements

Motivated and willing to learn and work with the team to solve problems

General understanding of the construction industry

Ability to manage projects and coordinate with builders, subcontractors and production

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Beneficial experience

Construction site knowledge

Scheduling experience

Experience reading and understanding construction/engineering plans

Management experience

Administration experience

Experience with SimPro
